Your school's data belongs to your school. JustMySchool exists to provide secure technology—not to profit from your information.

JustMySchool does not independently collect educational records from schools, students, parents, teachers, or staff.

Educational institutions choose what information they create, upload, manage, and maintain while using the platform.

Depending on how the platform is used, schools may choose to store information such as:

4. No Selling or Marketing Use of Data

We do not use institutional, teacher, student, parent, guardian, or staff information for advertising campaigns, promotional communications, behavioural tracking, or commercial profiling.

Your data is never treated as a product.

5. Data Ownership

Educational institutions remain the owners of all information stored within their JustMySchool account.

JustMySchool does not claim ownership of any institutional, student, teacher, parent, academic, financial, attendance, examination, or operational data processed through the platform.

Our role is limited to securely hosting, processing, protecting, and making that information available to authorized users designated by the educational institution.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not share customer information except where necessary to provide the subscribed services or where required by applicable law.

Examples may include:

  • Payment gateway providers.
  • Email delivery providers.
  • SMS providers.
  • Cloud hosting providers.
  • Government or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Where third-party service providers are used, only the minimum information necessary for providing the requested service is shared.

Educational institutions control the information stored within their account.

Requests relating to correction, updating, deletion, or export of institutional information should first be directed to the respective educational institution.

Platform administrators may manage information according to the permissions available within the platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, security practices, platform functionality, or business operations.
