Welcome to JustMySchool. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the JustMySchool platform and all associated services. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About JustMySchool

JustMySchool is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital tools for educational institutions to manage academic, administrative, communication, attendance, examinations, fee management, and related school operations.

JustMySchool provides technology infrastructure only. Academic decisions, admissions, examinations, grading, fee structures, student records, disciplinary actions, and institutional policies remain the sole responsibility of the respective educational institution.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally authorized to represent your educational institution or organization before subscribing to or using the platform.

By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Subscription & Services

JustMySchool offers subscription-based access to its platform. The features available depend on the subscription plan selected.

Subscription periods, pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, and included services are displayed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
  • Maintain accurate institutional records.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and educational regulations.
  • Notify JustMySchool immediately of any unauthorized access to their account.

5. Data Ownership

All student, teacher, parent, academic, attendance, examination, financial, and institutional data entered into the platform remains the property of the respective educational institution.

JustMySchool does not claim ownership of customer data.

6. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain high platform availability. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, infrastructure upgrades, security improvements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to perform maintenance whenever necessary to ensure platform reliability and security.

7. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Interfere with platform security or availability.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the software without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The JustMySchool platform, including its software, branding, interface, design, documentation, and content, is owned by JustMySchool or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through the use of the platform.

9. Payments

Subscription payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of subscription services until payment is received.

10. Limitation of Liability

JustMySchool provides the technology platform used by educational institutions.

We are not responsible for:

  • Academic decisions made by schools.
  • Admission decisions.
  • Fee structures established by schools.
  • Student performance or examination results.
  • Communications issued by schools.
  • Institutional policies or disciplinary actions.
  • Content or data uploaded by users.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to maintain active subscriptions.

12. Changes to Services

We may introduce new features, improve existing functionality, or discontinue certain services as part of ongoing platform development. Significant changes affecting subscriptions will be communicated through the platform or registered email address.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
